DGI's "Bullet Proof" Warranty
All Delta Gear, Inc. guarantees everything we make for the lifetime of the product. As its option, Delta Gear will replace or repair any product covered under this warranty.  If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, return it to us for repair, replacement, or refund. Damage due to ordinary wear and tear, misuse, or failure to read or follow the instructions and warnings for the products will be repaired at a reasonable charge.

Legal terms of use: Unless prohibited by applicable state law, the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and all other warranties, expressed or implied, are excluded and do not apply to sales of Delta Gear products. It is solely the buyer's responsibility to determine the fitness or suitability of any Delta Gear product for a particular use. Liability for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of Delta Gear products is expressly disclaimed and excluded.

Disclaimer
Typographical or omission errors regarding products or pricing may occur on the website despite our best editing attempts. Delta Gear reserves the right to correct these errors or withdraw the offer. Specifications, colors, legal restrictions, prices and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. It may be necessary to substitute an item with a product of equal or better value that varies from our description.

If we should run out of stock on an item, we’ll backorder that item for you. Should there be a lengthy delay in availability of a product, you have the option of canceling your order or waiting.

We use your personal information only to complete your order. We never share this information with outside parties. We use your email address only to answer questions you submit or ask questions about an order you have placed. We never share your email address with outside parties. We don’t share any of your personal information with advertisers.

You may access or correct your personal information by sending a request to customerservice@deltagearinc.com. We take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.

Shipping
Shipping, handling, and insurance charge is based on the value of your order, and the destination of your package. Due to restricted delivery areas, we may be forced to substitute carriers when necessary. We do not offer overnight service for overseas orders. First Class and Priority Shipping are sent through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Overnight orders are sent through FedEx, and all orders placed before 3pm PST will arrive by the next business day.

Shipping Rates for Domestic Orders

All packages shipped within the United States are mailed with Delivery Confirmation. This service does not provide tracking while in route and it does not show the date the package was sent. It only shows the date of the delivery. Please visit the USPS web site for more information regarding Track & Confirm FAQs.

International orders are required to pay for Global Priority shipping. Delivery Confirmation and package tracking are not available for international orders.

Returns and Exchanges
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase at the shippers expense. All returned merchandise must be in original condition along with complete packaging, warranty information, instructions etc. There are no exceptions to this policy.

We reserve the right to either replace, repair, or refund your money by either crediting your debit or credit card or issuing a check to you.

When returning make sure you:

1. Enclose a copy of the receipt or packing slip, and instructions for our return department (Refund or Exchange).

2. Return package via post office (Insured and with Delivery Confirmation) to our mailing address.

Damaged or Missing Items
Keep the original container, for packages damaged during shipping, or items missing (except for those on backorder). Contact our customer service department at customerservice@deltagearinc.com. We will rectify the problem as soon as possible.
