This is an on/off backswitch made to replace the standard end cap on all AA Mini Mag Flashlights and Streamlight's Twin Task series of flashlights. The switch is made of heavy duty rubber. If you depress the switch slightly, it will light momentarily. If you depress the switch to the point that you hear a click, it will switch on/off. This end cap replacement allows you to operate your flashlight with one hand. You’ll wonder how you did without one all these years.
